To maximize your renovation dollar, make sure to remember the "little things", such as changing your baseboards, window and door trim, adding new interior doors, and updating your fireplace. These additions will make renters realize you covered everything when your villa was renovated and potential buyers will know you left nothing to chance and created the best possible villa.
The fireplace in this Night Heron villa was replaced by dropping the raised hearth to the floor and adding 4" x 4" tumbled marble to the surround. This villa also features 5 1/4" baseboards and new window and door trim.
The master bathroom in this Inlet Cove villa (similar to Night Heron villas) was renovated. This picture features the solid-core raised-panel door and 5 1/4" baseboards and new door trim.
This mantle was custom built for a house on Kiawah by GriffDecker. I was unable to get a picture of the mantle after it was painted, but this mantle features raised panels on the front of the columns, as well as both left and right sides of the columns.
