GriffDecker Construction, Ltd., is a construction firm based in Charleston, South Carolina, specializing in home and villa renovations on Kiawah and Seabrook Islands.

This Night Heron kitchen was fully renovated by GriffDecker Construction, including removing the wet bar (where the red bar stools are currently located), removing the soffit above the 30" tall wall cabinets, allowing 42" tall wall cabinets, new appliances, new solid hickory flooring, and new KraftMaid cabinets.

This new bathroom was created in a house on Kiawah by utilizing the back 7 feet of a living room.  New walls, floors, and ceilings were built, crown moulding was installed, the floor and walls were tiled, and a new vanity and toilet were added.
